Privacy Notice — Book a Demo

This notice explains what happens to the details you enter in the “Book a Demo” form on this site. It covers only that form.

What we collect

When you submit the Book a Demo form, we collect:

• your name and company;
• your work email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• the description you give of what you want to digitise;
• the fact that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time you did so.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: so the AVSS team can contact you about your request and arrange a demo. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

Who receives it

Your submission is stored in an AVSS database and is emailed to the AVSS team handling demo requests. You also receive a confirmation email at the address you entered. It is not sent to any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request records indefinitely, until you ask us to delete yours. There is no automatic deletion.

Having your details removed

To have your demo-request details deleted, email support@avsstech.com and quote the reference shown when you submitted (or the email address you used). A team member will remove the record. We do not commit to a fixed turnaround time, and there is no self-service deletion page.
